Wedding Breaking Glass "If I forget thee Jerusalem..." Inscription

$18.95

This glass cup is meant to be stepped on, under the chuppah, at a wedding ceremony in commemoration of the destroyed temple in Jerusalem. The bag features the Hebrew verse from the Book of Psalms about remembering the holy city that means "If I forget thee O Jerusalem, I have forgotten my right hand" in English. The Hebrew text appears in a silver-colored Hebrew font.

Nowadays couples choose which beloved breaks the glass and sometimes both partners do! Mazel Tov all around!
